Solda al’Ortles

Solda: At 1,900 m, Solda is very high but that is all for the good. The lifts end at 3,250m on the peak of the Schöntauf and from there the world looks very different. Breathe deeply and one of the longest descents (11 km) is like mountaineering in the summertime. Enjoyable skiing at the highest levels. 40 km of pistes ringed by fourteen peaks, each topping 3,000 m, and watched over by the giant Ortler (3,905m). For the early birds, we open at the beginning of November and we stay open until the first weekend in May for the sunshine skiers and the real pleasure-seekers.

A 2 km after-dark toboggan run (open 3 times a week between 17.00 – 23.00 h)
